By Road (from London and M25)

• Get on A3 southbound towards Guildford and Portsmouth. J10 from M25
• Go past main Guildford exit towards the town centre and the leisure centre. Do not come off the A3 here.
  a mile further down the A3, you will see a smaller exit signposted towards the University, the Cathedral and the Royal Surrey Hospital. Take this exit.
• Turn right at the large roundabout and take the third exit past the University entrance and the Cathedral and follow the signs for the Hospital. This is Egerton Road.
• You will go under the A3 and come to another roundabout with the Holiday Inn on your left and Tesco on your right. Go straight over this roundabout following signs to the Hospital and the Research Park, still on Egerton Road.
• At the next roundabout, continue straight over. This is Gill Avenue. The hospital is on the right.
• At the next smaller roundabout, with BOC Gases ahead of you, turn right into Occam Road.
• Continue down Occam Road. Alan Turing Road is the third road on the left and Red Hat is the first building on the left.

By Road (northbound from Portsmouth)

• Come off at the same exit and you will be at the Tesco/Holiday Inn roundabout. Follow the signs to the Hospital and the Research Park.This is Egerton Road.
• At the next roundabout, continue straight over.This is Gill Avenue. The hospital is on the right.
• At the next smaller roundabout, with BOC Gases ahead of you, turn right into Occam Road.
• Continue down Occam Road. Alan Turing Road is the third road on the left and Red Hat is the first building on the left.

By Public Transport

Guildford has a main railway station (telephone 0345 484950 for timetables and fares) serving regular fast trains to and from Reading, Gatwick Airport and London Waterloo. A fast train from London Waterloo to Guildford takes approximately 35 minutes. Surrey Research Park is a short 5 minute taxi ride from Guildford Station.

Buses to and from the research park from Guildford Bus Station are frequent throughout the day. Bus numbers 4 and 5 start at 06.45 and run until 23.35.
