One of the things which really sets Xpertise apart is our training expertise – the quality of our instructors, courses and consultants. Unlike many training companies, for whom training is just a part of their business, we are 100% focused on training – it’s all we do.

Training expertise – our instructors

Our instructors’ training expertise sets the pace within the IT training industry. All are fully qualified by the software vendors to deliver accredited courses at every level. It’s no surprise then, that this training expertise reflects in our satisfaction scores – which are among the highest in the industry.

Software companies draw directly on our training expertise – for instance, did you know that we are trusted by Microsoft to deliver courses to Microsoft’s own team members and partner network across all of Europe? We also contribute to Microsoft’s course development, our training expertise proving invaluable when we co-develop training courses for the Official Microsoft Curriculum. Our training expertise also shows in the delivery of new courses – we’re often first to market with new courses, in many cases delivering courses before the product is available. We’ve led the field for products such as Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, Expression and Windows Vista.

Our instructors’ training expertise is based on skills from beyond the classroom – all have real world experience and all actively participate in other training project roles and all are experts in their chosen field.

When planning large-scale training programmes, or helping organisations with their training strategies, our training consultants draw on their considerable training expertise. All have backgrounds in training itself, before moving on to a full-time training consulting and project-management role. Our training consultants work with some of the UK’s leading organisations on high-profile training programmes.

Training expertise – our account managers

We recognise that when our customers call, they need to get solid, friendly advice. Therefore we ensure that all of our account managers undergo continual training – and products and learning trends – to ensure that their training expertise will enable them to provide the most effective service to customers. Unlike most training companies, which use centralised sales centres and hard-nosed cold-calling sales techniques, our account managers are based locally, in each of our centres – and never use the ‘hard sell’. We believe in using our training expertise to provide good, friendly advice – then letting customers choose for themselves.
