Overview
This two-day course is designed for people working in a sales role or within a sales environment.
By using neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques in selling you will have the potential to increase your business, deliver greater customer satisfaction and make sure your customers come back to you – time and time again.
NLP is the study of how we communicate with each other and it offers many powerful ways for sales people to increase their effectiveness.
The course is highly practical and interactive giving participants the opportunity to practise and observe a variety of techniques and behaviours.
