Self-esteem, self-confidence and self-dignity are the foundations upon which the rest of our lives are built. Without healthy and solid levels of each we are very vulnerable to the disorders of every day living which can severely interfere with our quality of life at work and at home.
This workshop will help you develop beliefs, thinking styles and behaviours which formulate into a very positive habit. It will show you how to develop healthy levels of self-esteem and how to recognise when you are successful in achieving them.
Anyone who wants to take control of their levels of self-esteem or who works with someone with low self-esteem will benefit from attending this course.
