Overview
Managing change is a task requiring unfaltering commitment, skill and technique. Its complexity can be so overwhelming that many managers simply don’t know where to start. Restructuring and reorganising are the typical trademarks of most change programmes, but have you considered how you will get the support and the commitment you need from your staff?
This course is designed to enhance the skills of those managers who are charged with bringing about both transformational and incremental change.
Managers who are either in the process of introducing or managing a change programme, or those who will be required to do so in the future would benefit from attending this course.
Delegates will learn how to
- recognise the different types of change and their impact on the way people work
- identify people’s responses to change and understand why people often resist change
- help people work constructively through change
