Overview

The appraisal of staff is a fundamental part of the manager’s or supervisor’s role. Appraisal and feedback systems not only help organisations to review individual job performance, they also enable staff to identify and manage their own developmental needs. Properly conducted appraisal interviews provide a formal opportunity to acknowledge achievement and help to promote a better-motivated and loyal workforce.

The aim of this course is to equip managers and supervisors with the appraisal and feedback skills necessary to conduct performance reviews.

Managers who wants to learn how to run mutually beneficial appraisals or who wish to improve their skills in this area would benefit from attending this course.
