Increasingly, important decisions are made as a result of high quality presentations. This course is for all levels, including the most senior executive, who seek to enhance their abilities to impress groups and audiences. It is aimed at presenters with good basic presentation skills who need to make really challenging presentations, utilising the technology available.
Audiences now expect a high quality professional performance. This programme provides the tools and techniques to achieve that level of performance.
This will be a highly participative workshop. It is designed to develop skills and build confidence, via trainer input, help and guidance, personal assessment and interactive sessions.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and basic presentations experience are required to benefit from this course.
Precourse Work
Attendees will need to bring with them a major presentation that they wish to rehearse. Also any supporting material and PowerPoint slides that may be used during the presentation.
Delegates will learn how to

- look at ways to make presentations more dynamic and to have impact by using verbal and non-verbal communication to your advantage
- have considered ways of involving the audience
- deal confidently with difficult situations and people, involving posing and taking questions
- use a range of technology and visual aids more effectively build self-confidence when using technology to deliver your presentation
