Overview
Training and developing your graduates is a major investment. Get it right and you have the leaders of tomorrow. Get it wrong and you may live with the consequences for years to come. Graduate recruits need to find the commitment and focus that matures into engagement and loyalty. This programme will help them to develop the interpersonal skills and emotional capacity to cope with the rigours of corporate life and the move from student to valued team member.
This programme is residential and attendees will be expected to complete work during the evenings to maximize the learning.
It will help graduates establish themselves in your organisation by enhancing self awareness and building confidence, focusing on the importance of communication (face to face, over the telephone and written), customer service and time management as core deliverables.
This will be a highly participative programme. It is designed to develop skills and build confidence, via trainer input, help and guidance, personal assessment with recognized questionnaires, videoing role plays and interactive sessions.
Accelerated learning techniques will be used throughout the course to train and reinforce key learning points.
After completion of the core module, graduates can opt to attend additional modules from the Xpertise public programme schedule depending on the area of business they are working in.
These optional modules are detailed at the bottom of this graduate programme description.
