Overview
Effective project management skills are becoming increasingly important. Many organisations are adopting a project approach to organising work in response to the demands for continuous improvement in quality and productivity. Project management offers some methodologies along with the tools and techniques to get the work done on time and within budget.
This course provides an introduction to the concepts and practices required to define, plan, and control a project.
Anyone new to the project management role or who wishes to improve their project management techniques and skills will benefit from attending this course.
