Xpertise has an exciting new vacancy for a Principal Consultant within our Soft Skills Division.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of developing and delivering management and personal development training within a commercial environment.  They will now be enthusiastically looking for a new challenge to use these skills in a pre-sales and support capacity to help take Xpertise to the next stage of its Soft Skills growth strategy.

We need a passionate individual who can not only support of our sales force with preparing proposals but will be confident in presenting solutions at formal and informal meetings with clients.  You will be involved in projects from the successful bid through to the development of innovative courseware.

Our sales force will depend on you to ensure that our approach to the client’s training goals is fresh, credible and meets their needs.
