The heart of any technical training company is its trainers – it’s what happens in the classroom that convinces people to come back time and time again. Our team of technical trainers – based around the UK in our network of training centres – consistently achieve satisfaction scores that are comfortably above the industry average. Ongoing training ensures that their skills are up-to-date and real-world experience enables them to handle delegates’ questions about particular configurations quickly and with confidence. Many of our trainers also spend time in client-facing roles, such as presales and consulting – and some are closely involved with the software vendors, in advisory or course development roles.

High quality learning environment

Our technical training centres are purpose-designed learning environments. They benefit from high-specification PCs (with a PC per person – strictly no sharing of machines) that are continually updated to keep them at the leading edge. State-of-the-art presentation equipment is used in all technical training classrooms and all of our offices are air-conditioned. Most offices have on-site or nearby car parking and all are close to major communications routes. Between technical training sessions, delegates can relax and mix in the comfortable lounges found in each of our centres – enjoying free drinks and snacks.
