Technical IT training

Centralised call centres – it’s something we don’t have

Yes, we’re a national technical training company – but we’re also local. Our account managers are based around the country, in each of our training centres – so, if you want, you can meet them in person. We don’t have a single telesales office, we don’t have hard-nosed telesales people and we don’t hound customers. We’re here to help.

Professional help and advice

Our customers also tell us that they want to talk to account managers who understand technical training courses and certification programmes. That’s why all of our account managers undergo ongoing training, keeping them up to speed with the latest technical training courses and the technology developments (it’s no surprise that we use our own technical trainers to provide this training). This enables us to offer informed advice quickly – and if an account manager can’t immediately help with a query, it will be rapidly escalated to someone who can.
