Accreditation strategy
A technical training business focused on standards and accreditation
Accredited to deliver IT training for over 15 years
Right from the start, we established Xpertise to be focused around accredited technical training and courses that support recognised benchmarks or published standards. The rationale for this is clear:
- Investment in technical training, like any other business investment, should be subject to some kind of measurement.
- Accreditation provides a degree of assurance of technical training course quality and consistency.
- How the technical training course is taught is decided by those who create the software, or define the standards – and not by others with less knowledge.
- Accreditation helps us to keep and maintain standards, as defined by the awarding body or company.

Today, a decade-and-a-half later, our strategy is still the same – but we’ve substantially extended the number of companies which have accredited us. These now include: CompTIA, Citrix, IBM, the Institute of IT Training, the Information Systems Examinations Board, the IT Service Management Forum, Juniper Networks, Microsoft, Oracle, Red Hat and Sun.
