When most people think about training, they think about classrooms. Xpertise let’s you think again. While we continue to provide much of our soft skills training via classrooms, we’re continually expanding our range of training media to include more innovative solutions. This enables us to provide the most suitable learning approach for your specific needs. We can even combine learning methods into one single, seamless soft skills training programme, a ‘blended’ approach to learning which can reduce costs and boost effectiveness.

In addition to classroom-based soft skills training, we also provide soft skills training using:

  • e-learning.
  • lectures.
  • one-to-one mentoring/floorwalking.
  • self-paced training.
  • workshops.

We can also provide additional services to support a learning programme – for example, when undertaking customer services training, we’ve provided mystery shopping services to help correctly identify the learning needs.

Coaching and mentoring

Coaching and mentoring focus on the individual can enhance morale, motivation and productivity – and even reduce staff turnover. Individuals can feel more valued and a greater part of both small and large organisational changes. Coaching and mentoring programmes are often popular among employees, since coaching helps to achieve a balance between fulfilling organisational goals while taking into account the development needs of individual employees. It is a two-way relationship, with both the organisation and the employee gaining significant benefits. Xpertise can provide coaching in isolation, or as part of an ongoing development programme.
