ISEB – Information Systems Examinations Board

Xpertise is accredited by ISEB (Information Systems Examination Board), which is the examining board of the BCS (British Computing Society), to deliver ITIL foundation and manager courses in IT service management.

The IT Service Management Forum

The IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) is an independent body for the service management industry. Xpertise has been assessed and accredited to provide ITIL service management training. ITIL is a registered trademark, and a registered community trademark of the Office of Government Commerce, and is registered in the US Patent and Trademark Office.
