Trading Update

The Board of Xpertise Group PLC is pleased to report that trading in the first half of 2008 has continued to be strong, with revenues in excess of £11.8 million, 11% above the same period last year. The Group’s major customers have continued to contribute strongly to this growth in revenue.

The balance sheet remains strong and, at 30 June 2008, the Group had net cash balances in excess of £3m.

The Board remains comfortable with market expectations for the current financial year.
