Director PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Xpertise has today been informed that Mark Hatton, non Executive Director, purchased 38,609 Ordinary Shares of 8p each (’Ordinary Shares’) on 19 December 2007 at a price of 100 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Hatton is interested in 139,908 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.4 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
