The Board of Xpertise has today been informed that Mark Hatton, non Executive Director, purchased 38,609 Ordinary Shares of 8p each (’Ordinary Shares’) on 19 December 2007 at a price of 100 pence per share.
Pursuant to a corporate reorganisation, Lynx Limited has sold its entire holding of 1,158,273 Ordinary Shares (’Ordinary Shares’) of 8p each in Xpertise Group PLC (being 20.56%) to certain of its shareholders.
